  Back went whilst lifting at work, went to doc's they said 'twisted sciatic nerve, take paracetamol&ibuprofen'. I was in agony, (had to angle bedroom door so i could grab on to it from bed) went to see Tripti at TG Physiotherapy Care, She told me you actually have a slipped disc, did two sessions of acupuncture and deep massage and felt incredibly better even after the first session !!. also mentioned that i'd had migraines for years (before millenium) around one a week, after Tripti noticed tight neck muscles, she sorted that also. (Doctor back then said to lay off red wine and cheese (whilst filling in what seemed like the last patients notes!!) In the past I must have spent hundreds of pounds altogether on Paracetamol and Ibuprofen, not to mention all the social activities and workdays I had to cancel at the last minute. ) PLEASE don't hesitate, see Tripti straight away and get rid of your pain.

  Tripti is amazing and worked a miracle. I have been suffering with a neck injury for the last 16 months and having seen numerous people without much advancement, I was recommend Tripti. After just a few session I couldn't believe how good I felt compared to the whole of last 16 months. For the first time I feel I'm actually on the road to recovery.
